The MSBA encourages all our members to be active. We will continue to seek input and ideas for the best strategies to continue this growth.
We will continue to market the Maryland Standardbred breeding industry throughout the year. We encourage our members to help us with many of these initiatives as they progress throughout the year. ABOUT
The Maryland Standardbred Breeders Association, Inc. (“Association”), is an organization of breeders active and interested in the Standardbred industry whose purpose is to promote and improve the Standardbred breeding business with special regard to:
- Advising the membership of legislative matters affecting Standardbred breeding.
- Promoting and improving the Maryland Sires Stakes (MSS) and Maryland Standardbred Race Fund (MSRF) programs.
- Providing assistance and research to breeding farms for improvement of the breeding business.
- Promoting exclusive races for Maryland Sired and Maryland Foaled horses.
- Promoting matinee races at fairs for Maryland Sired and Maryland Foaled horses.
